    Status

    MEASURED, NOT CLAIMED.

Availability counts responses the gateway itself recorded. A 500 is a failure on our side; a 401, a 422 or a 429 is a rejected call, not an outage.

    What we commit to today

    Private beta, no contractual SLA

The REST API is in private beta. We publish what we measure and we will tell you about breaking changes, but we do not yet sell an uptime guarantee with service credits. A written SLA comes with general availability.

    Incidents and changes

Breaking changes and deprecations are announced in the changelog with at least 90 days of notice, and every retirement carries a Sunset header on the affected responses.

    Tracing one call

Every response carries an X-Request-Id. Send it to us and we can find the exact call in the log, including its status, duration and error code.

    Your own view

Signed-in workspaces see their own traffic per key, with search and a full inspector, under API keys in the app.
