How Entangle works
Entangle
Fan intelligence for sports, entertainment and live experiences. One identity graph across every physical and digital touchpoint.
Does your fan data know what happened at the turnstile last night?
- Ticketing, loyalty and app data live in three separate systems
- Venue sensor data never reaches the same profile as digital activity
- Sentiment from social and surveys sits disconnected from behaviour
- Sponsor exposure is estimated instead of measured
- Ticket scans, app logins and social handles resolve to one fan profile
- Venue sensor and POS signals join the same graph as digital activity
- Sentiment scoring ties back to the identity behind it
- Sponsor exposure is tracked across physical and digital touchpoints
Join venue, retail and digital signals safely
Physical world signals bridge into the digital graph without exposing personal data.
- Hashed joins with consent enforced at the boundary
- Small cells are masked before anything is shared
- Bridged signals carry provenance into reporting
Six capabilities built for fan intelligence
Each capability ships enabled. Nothing here is a services engagement.
IDENTITY GRAPH
One fan, one profile, every touchpoint.
- Ticket scans, app logins, QR interactions and social handles unify into one profile
- Persistent and privacy-first, hashed identifiers throughout
SIGNAL CAPTURE
Real-time behavioural signals.
- Live event data from venue sensors, apps and concession POS
- Broadcast second-screen engagement ingested alongside on-site activity
SENTIMENT ENGINE
Understand emotion, not just action.
- NLP-powered scoring from social feeds and survey responses
- In-app reactions tied back to the identity graph
PROPENSITY MODELS
Predict intent before it happens.
- Models score fans on renewal likelihood and upgrade propensity
- Merchandise affinity and churn risk scored the same way
SEGMENT BUILDER
Actionable cohorts, not vanity clusters.
- Dynamic segments from behavioural, transactional and sentiment signals
- Push to activation channels in one click
SPONSOR ATTRIBUTION
Prove sponsor exposure with precision.
- Sponsor exposure tracked across physical and digital touchpoints
- Impressions, dwell time and conversion paths delivered as evidence
Signal to activation in five steps
Every stage is visible, from first capture through to the audiences it produces.
Four jobs it pays for in the first quarter
Season ticket renewal targeting
Renewal propensity scores surface the fans most at risk of lapsing before the window closes.
Sponsor exposure reporting
Physical and digital sponsor touchpoints roll up into one attribution report.
In-venue and app personalization
A single fan profile drives the same offer across the app, kiosk and email.
Cross-platform sentiment tracking
Social, survey and in-app reactions link back to the same fan record.
Questions buyers ask
What counts as an offline signal?
Ticketing and access control, loyalty and till data, call centre records, venue sensors, and anything else with a timestamp and a consent-safe identifier.
How is the join made without sharing personal data?
Through hashed identifiers and consent flags. The bridge matches on hashes, never on raw personal data, and each link keeps its confidence score.
Is this only for venues?
No, though venues gain the most. Any business with physical touchpoints, from retail to events, can bring that behaviour into the same graph as its digital activity.
What is the delivery effort?
A feed or export plus a mapping session. Once the contract is agreed, new loads inherit it automatically.
Bring one offline signal you cannot currently use
Ticketing, footfall, loyalty scans or till data. We show how it joins and what it unlocks in planning.
