DATA COLLECTION
We collect information you provide directly, including account registration data, organization details, and media planning inputs. Automated collection includes device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, and interaction patterns within the platform. All data ingested through API integrations is processed in accordance with your data processing agreement.
DATA USAGE
Your data is used exclusively to deliver, maintain, and improve the Qubit Notion platform. This includes generating intelligence reports, powering AI-driven recommendations, computing media benchmarks, and facilitating collaboration within your organization. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
DATA STORAGE
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Primary storage resides with infrastructure providers holding SOC 2 Type II attestation, with geographic redundancy. Enterprise clients may designate specific data residency regions. Retention periods are configurable per organization, with a default of 36 months for operational data.
THIRD PARTY PROCESSORS
We engage a limited set of sub-processors for infrastructure (cloud hosting, CDN), analytics (anonymized usage telemetry), and communication (transactional email). All sub-processors are contractually bound to equivalent data protection standards. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectify, export, and delete your personal data at any time through the Command Dashboard or by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We honor data portability requests within 30 days. For organizations subject to GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent regulations, additional rights and procedures apply as detailed in your service agreement.
