Service agreement
TERMS OF USE.
The governing terms and conditions for access to and use of the Qubit Notion platform and associated services.
Effective: January 1, 2026
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Qubit Notion platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
LICENSE GRANT
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, Qubit Notion grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal business operations. This license is limited to the scope defined in your subscription agreement, including user count, data volume, and feature access tier.
USAGE RESTRICTIONS
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform. Automated scraping, unauthorized API access, and redistribution of proprietary benchmarks or intelligence outputs are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your organizational account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform technology, algorithms, models, interfaces, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Qubit Notion Corporation. Your data remains your property. Aggregated, anonymized insights derived from platform-wide usage may be used to improve system benchmarks without identifying your organization.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubit Notion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre. The language of arbitration shall be English.
